OFF SEASON (01/01 - 06/06
and 10/03 - 12/31) $500.00 US EARLY (06/06 - 07/04) $700.00 US
HIGH (07/04 - 08/29) $850.00 US LATE (08/29 - 10/03) $700.00 US
Maine State Sales Tax of 7% is Applicable

NOTE:
1) If there is an intention to rent, 1/2 of the weekly rent must be forwarded to me to secure the week (if less than 30 days exist, full amount must be forwarded). This amount is only refundable if I am able to rebook the same week. Upon receipt of the above, a rental agreement detailing all specifics and directions to the house will be sent to you.
2) Thirty days prior to your arrival, the remaining weekly rent and signed rental agreement must be returned to me. No exceptions to this will be allowed.
3) Upon your arrival, an additional check (weekly rate) is required for a security deposit and will be returned to you (via returned receipt requested) after your stay provided no damage has occued.
